Refund & Returns Policy
At Wintela, we are committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact contact@wintela.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Products marked as final sale.
- Certain partner-brand products that are subject to the supplier's return policy.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by Wintela.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@wintela.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Partner Brands
Some products available through Wintela are fulfilled by carefully selected brand partners. In these cases, returns and refunds may also be subject to the partner's applicable policies. Where applicable, these terms will be stated on the product page.
