Products developed and sold under the Wintela brand are generally shipped from our headquarters or designated fulfillment locations. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Partner Brands
Products offered through Wintela in collaboration with brand partners may be shipped directly from the brand, manufacturer, distributor, or regional fulfillment partner. Shipping origin may vary by product.
If an order contains items fulfilled from different locations, products may arrive in separate shipments.
Estimated processing times and delivery information are provided on individual product pages whenever available.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
